We have a 1200 sq. ft. mobile home and I had Mark work on my old A/C a couple times and he knows more that any installer I have ever dealt with in the past. The old A/C (20years) finally carped out so I called them and Shelia had Mark check all the parts to replace the unit that same day. Note: I was a 1,000 miles away. Shelia called and said they could get me a A/C or a Heat Pump the next day. So I went with the Heat Pump. Installation could not have gone any better. Except for Mark. he had to crawl the whole way under to the middle of the home and strung a new thermostat wire and wired up a new programmable thermostat. Our a/c bills were cut in half. Thanks guys
