Awful!! I recently bought a house in the Apopka area with a natural gas oven and a natural gas water heater. I called Lake Apopka Natural Gas District and received nothing but sass on the other end of the phone. The woman said, "Will you hurry up I have other customers to talk to." and "Why did you even bother calling?" When I was about half way through asking a question she hung up on me. I'm confident that if I had a gas problem in the future I would not want to deal with these people. If I could give 0 stars I would.
