Bought a refrigerator and paid for install. They would not install it because we have a copper water line. Told us we need a plumber to put in a new one. Worse than poor communication, there was none. We bought it at Lowe’s because the salesman said it was in stock, it wasn’t. Took a month to get it in stock, but they already had our cash. The “installer “ wouldn’t even put it in the house. It’s sitting in the garage. We had a month of waiting, that we could have had a plumber come if we were told at purchase we needed! I would give zero points if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service, and they took no responsibility. I’m reporting them to the Florida department of consumer affairs.

Purchased PergoMax wood floors from Loews

Apopka store where Zach was salesperson and general major designer explaining choices, types,

and colors of engineered hardwood. We gave him our budget projections and he was able to find right what we wanted at budget cost. It was, however, NO EASY PROJECT because Zach became increasingly hard to find at the store. Enter Stephanie from install who became our main go-to person from then on.

But the real pleasure was dealing with our installer, Dane, from KELLER installations, who is an independent contractor with Loews. His work was excellent from day one to finish.

We cannot speak too highly of his work ethic.

The floors are beautiful; hardwood is the way to spruce up a tired, carpeted bedroom.

An extremely disorganized group. Do not,do any contract work with them. Seldom communicated and seldom showed up on time. Made a mess

Don't trust anything you are told. If you are on the telephone, plan on being on hold and transferred repeatedly. The tile dept. is among the worst; I told the man the sq. ft. I need to grout in my shower, he had me order two extra bags, which I had to return later. Addl. he was confused about products on hand and time frames for ordering/delivery. They didn't call back when order arrived, it wasn't where it was supposed to be! If you like being frustrated, this is your store!
