The owner came to my house and gave me a quote to remove three trees and have one tree thinned. He told me he would come back in 2 weeks to do the job. When I didn't hear from anyone in the office I had called and spoken to his wife who advised me that he was trying to borrow equipment from another tree company. I don't understand why one company would need to borrow equipment from another company. She gave me the run around for two weeks. She said that they are not getting back to her to say when they can borrow the equipment. I had asked her to have her husband call me and he never did. My advice to anybody is do not use this company because they never follow through they are unreliable and undependable. I was very lucky to find another tree company that was on Angie's List and they came out three days after they gave me the quote and did the job.

I HAVE TRIED TWICE TO USE AND THE WORKERS TELL ME THEY DONT WORK AFTER 3 AND ONETIME AFTER. 11AM THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER SEEM TO WANT TO WORK SAME DAY SERVICE EVEN WHEN TBWRE DOINH A JOB NEXT DOOR I WILL NEVER USE THEM .
