I paid $150/mo. HOA- In Fort Lauderdale for 4-3 with pool and gated home. Build in 1992 and never been repaved. Yes, it does have a couple unexpansive paths.
Oakcrest at Southmeadow Townhouses $670+142=$812 Every three months. $270.66/MO. Wow.
