I highly recommend this dental office. Reasonable prices and 3 different payment plans!

I called to make an appt for my husband for the 39.99 special... which includes digital X rays, cleaning, and the dentist to do a check up.

They schedule him for a Monday appt at 4pm. Which would have been perfect.

My husband shows up 15min early as patients should, He was at the office until 5:15pm. And in the whole hour and a half they just did X rays!

They said oh the person who cleans your teeth does not work on Mondays! OK so this being said why would you schedule someone for the exam for a Monday? My husband has to take off work for these appts. To top it off they made him come back on Friday at 2:30pm which he had to take off work again... and was there for again for an hour and a half... he waited 50min before someone came to clean his teeth. Ridiculous maybe your office should care about patient satisfactory and getting things done in a timely manner, instead of bringing mulitple people in the room and trying to sell stuff to patients.

Also having so many different people going in and out of the room to look at your teeth... sale you stuff... explain pricing and what the dentist thinks you need to have done, makes you feel unassured of what is going on and who really does know what is good or bad.

The dentist does not explain much to you.

Th whole office seems to be trained as salesman.

Never returning.
