Provided by YP.comI had some work done here over 10 years ago and was very satisfied with the work, the price and the results. It was an older vehicle that had a recurring transmission problem that needed a rebuild. It didn't have many miles on it, and I thought that it was worth fixing. After a few years time, I found that I was wrong and should have replaced the vehicle. I was very happy with the service and the results, though I wasn't very happy with the vehicle. Many times less than the dealer would have charged for the same work/result.

Provided by YP.comHad been to this business a few times, mainly due to them being able to get me in right away and then found that their pricing was good. Had to take a couple of cars back after repairs, spent a huge amount of time waiting around, but I figured they had good prices.... later, I went in for a rear end problem. The employee basically guessed as to what it might be, replaced a part and told me that it seemed better to him, I payed for the work and then I drove away and found that the problem had not changed one bit. Took it back right away and was told that they would have to do a complete tear down to properly diagnose. I did not go back, because it takes too long to get things done and when I have shown up at the time they said it would be done, I ended up spending half the day standing around. I wouldn't say they are horrible, but you get what you pay for, I guess there is a reason why there is always a wait or appointments necessary at the shops that have proven themselves top notch. The employees do work hard though, just not sure if the knowledge is there.

Provided by YP.comI brought my car in for transmission service on my 1995 bmw. 30 min. later they called me and said my radiator had a major leak. I went down to see the car. The top hose and lip of the radiator were broken all the way off. A. V. transmission refused admit they had broke it.They claimed it just happened while they were looking at It. I had to have the car towed.
