This is about Bedar Valley Smog, not the Jiffy Lube, I will never go to his business again, I was told not to go to it by a friend but I didn't listen and I went, and worst mistake. First off why isn't the price written down, when you call its one price when you show up its another. But my main problem, why have hours if you don't use them, I had a re-smog, and the worker told me to come back after 4 and before 6, when they close. I came back shortly after 5, already closed, other business told me they went home early, then I asked what time they open, he said 8, showed up at 830 am, not there yet. Very Unprofessional. I already paid, but haven't received my service! Plug I over paid and they owe me money because he didn't have change.
