Bought a Whirlpool Duet Steam Washer from Garrett's & it works great! These retail for $1300. & used go for $500. - $800.; I only paid $350. & they delivered, installed it & got a warranty. Found out they also do appliance repair at reasonable prices too. Couldn't be happier - Happy Birthday to me!!!!

I called garrettes he came to the house without service charge. Sears service would have charged me $70, that's only to say what's wrong with my appliance. My 2 years old kenmore bought from sears is out of warranty. So much for extended warranty . Guess it just waited for 2 years .HE KENMORE high efficiency ..

Mr. Art Garrett is very professional, shows up on time each time, provides a detailed estimate within minutes of arriving (no hidden costs), provides all parts at cost - no gouging whatsoever, listens and communicates very well. I had expected my old washer to cost a small fortune in repair costs. That wasn't the case. My wife and I are very pleased with this experience and will call him for any future service needed on our appliances.
