I went in today to pay my bill. I am trying to decide which phone to upgrade to that fits my needs. Patrick took the time to go over my options. He was super knowledgeable and showed me money saving options. I learned a lot and think I can make a good decision now.

that the girls in there are stupid as heck they have no knowledge of the items that they sell or as for the plans that the company has to offer every time i go in there it is like they are doing us a favor by making us wait to pay our bill ..umm hello if it werent for us they would not have their jobs and if they would make themselves more knowledgeable i wouldnt mind the rude attitudes from the associates at least i would know what im getting
