On the day Mary Parker opened the doors at Parker Properties she had already owned, operated and sold five businesses.  With $250.00 and a strong sense of running a business, she wanted this one to have that “at home” feeling.  From 1980 to 1995 she honed and perfected the way she wanted her Real Estate office to run. Mary soon earned a reputation for hard work and honesty.

 

In 1995 eldest daughter Charlotte joined Mary, and in 1998 second daughter Deborah came on board.  Still perfecting and building the business Mary, Charlotte, Deborah and three other Realtors became a formidable team.  Listing, selling or renting, through the good times and bad, truth, honesty, integrity, and family values has been the motto since the beginning.

 

Mary retired in 2000 to care for her husband, and Deborah and Charlotte took over the business.  In 2004 all of Parker Properties was very proud when Deborah Light served as President of the Victor Valley Association of Realtors.  She also served as a Local Director for VVAR for two years, and went on to become State Director for California Association of Realtors for additional six years.  Charlotte and other Realtors have taken their turns as well by serving on committees and assisting in any way they can to serve this community and The Victor Valley Association of Realtors. 

 

Growing ever stronger in the community that they love, Parker Properties added yet another generation of family Realtors, Eric Hunley, Kristin Roddy and Sabrina Parker to a very experienced veteran team of Realtors, Nomi Cameron, Michelle Tippet, Karen Jones, Jeff Barraza and Joe Chavez who’s experience in residential Real Estate and operations are an invaluable asset to our team.

 

In 2008 Eric started our Property Management Division, adding another great asset to the line of services offered by Parker Properties.

 

Now in 2011 we are still going strong and serving our clients real estate needs with the same rules set forth by Mary – Mother, Grandmother and Teacher – who has taught us all well.  Serving the high desert for more than 30 years has shown that the test of time does mean something, honesty, integrity, family values and hard work always pays off.
