The Cake Shop is the best! Yes a little pricey however well worth it! Quality and great taste!!! Suzie is the best!! She is to helpful. Highly recommend Cake Shop for your event - Wedding, Graduation, Anniversary - whatever you need. They will do a great job!

I've ordered all my cakes from here. Baby showers birthdays graduations and I've never had a problem with them.

I ordered a cake for my boyfriend. When I went to pick the cake up it was the wrong size. I was given cup cakes to make up for the rest of the cake. The reply to the wrong size cake was “You’re getting a better deal because the cup cakes cost more". The cake was VERY messy. It wasn't even and half the pool balls on the cake were plastic and the other half was frosting. To top off the whole cake issue we cut into the cake and it had the wrong filling. I called the cake shop to let them know how disappointed I was in the cake and the person kind of acted like the whole thing was my fault and I shouldn't complain about the strawberry filling because it is wonderful. I didn't even eat the cake because I paid 60 something dollars for a messed up cake. I am highly disappointed in their customer service and their sloppy cakes. I will never order a cake from the Cake Shop and I would never recommend them to anyone, unless you want a screwed up cake to ruin your event.

I would prefer to give this place no stars but I had to give them one to submit. They completely messed up out cake order. We ordered a half sheet for 40 people and was given a quarter sheet. The quality of the decorating was sloppy and not at all what I would have expected based on the pictures they have posted on the website. I would have been better off ordering my cake from the grocery store. The flavor and filling was not even accurate. When i tried to call the place the owner would not speak to me and the associate I did have on the phone was not concerned at all. She said that anyone that doesnt order from them because of this incident is missing out because their cakes are amazing. I would not recomend anyone ordering from this place. Becareful of what you get.
