My first time at this nail salon I just did walk- in, I had to wait over 45 minutes soaking in water which turned cold quick. He never gave me a time of how long I would have to wait it so I was irritated that I did not know what expect. Then they finally started my pedicure which was mediocre at best. The second time I thought I was being smart by making an appointment I made an appointment for noon arrived 10 minutes early, sat and waited for about 20 minutes before they again put me in water to soak for about 30 minutes this time. The girl came over to finally start my pedicure I watched her user the same freaking gloves that she wore during the prior customer. I also work in the customer service Industry, so I wasn't going to make a big stink about it but I was thoroughly grossed out. The pedicure was super rushed and again mediocre at best. The people that work there are super nice but the salons cleanliness is less than desired. Maybe they would be okay if you would clean a little bit more and hire some more staff.
