I was scheduled for surgery, given prescriptions to fill, sold eye drops/vitamins in their office. Most everything was done by his assistant, when he came in at the end I asked about Mitomycin (cancer drug) used. Alexander was belittling saying that I need to just trust my Dr. and how would I be able to have any knowledge on the subject? I was unsettled by his treatment of me, as I deserve to know what is going to be done to my eyes, but was going ahead with the surgery.I called the office to ask final questions and say I was hurt by his answer to one of my questions. His assistant called back to inform me that the Dr. was cancelling my surgery. I suppose if you implicitly trust all doctors, you don’t ask any questions, and you like being belittled than you may be fine having surgery there. I was also not reimbursed for the hundreds I spent on the prescriptions they had me fill and the vitamins I was told to start taking right away. Poor business practices and poor people skills.

Dr. Alexander is a very confidant and reassuring person. Very easy to talk to and puts all of your fears at ease. This along with his highly skilled team makes hum the vest candidate in the Valley..
