Finally! After years of trying salon after salon - a place that combines luxury and great customer service with value and price! The staff is fantastic, greeting you sincerely as you enter. Whether I stay on schedule or don't visit for almost a year, they recall me by face if not by name immediately. They continuously strive to improve their services, the quality of the spa experience and to meet the needs and wants for their customer - which is again, a testament to the value their clients find in repeat visits. I have availed myself to every service they offer other than waxing, so speaking with experience when I say that I would recommend the Spa to anyone who wants to enjoy a QUALITY EXPERIENCE not just an appointment.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service, very very rude!! Made 3 appointments in advance and when we got there, they said they did not have time to do all of us....um what, isn't that why i made an appointment? Amy argued with me and told us to just go somewhere else and was horribly rude. We went down the road to Cici's nails and they did an amazing job!!! Go to Nancy at Cici's Nails instead :) They appreciate their customers much more than at Angel Nails and do a much better job!

I am a cosmetologist and have been doing hair and nails for over 20 years. I also have been going to Angel Nails for a couple years now to treat myself. Amy is amazing with my nails and Cindy is great with my pedicures. This place is sanitary and clean and all the staff are very friendly! I have and will continue to refer people to this salon for quality & relaxing work. To the person who had lifting, the gentalman who told you it was your skin, that is very true, some nail-beds are just to oily to keep the gel/acrylic adhered to the nail. I also agree though, that a fix was in order to satisfy your wants and needs. I have not seen a man working there for months now, so I recommend you giving them another chance. Ask for Amy, I know she will make you happy! :~)

Like another reviewer, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. My friend and I went to have our nails done, 1 set of acrylics and 1 manicure, and both were awful. The manicure had polish on the skin and I was never told how long to sit and have them dry, so before I even left, the polish was nicked and gross. My friends acrylics had lines through all of the nails. We went back in to have them fixed and we were told that we were just "picky" and were treated with attitude. Even with the original polish being removed on my nails, and a clear coat put on, you can see the original color. And on the acrylics, you can see where the nail polish was not removed properly. Also, you are asked to pay in the MIDDLE of your manicure, and I feel that your service is based on if they feel that your tip is sufficient.

Best place in the area to get your nails done. I haven't gone anywhere else in a few years. The girls there are awesome!!! It's always money well spent.

The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and I am always happy when I leave.

After less than a week, the brand new full set started lifting. I went back to see what he could do to fix them. He put glue on a few of them and tried to tell me that it was my "skin" and that I needed a fill. What? I've been wearing nails for 20+ years, I know better. He refused to fix them and told me I could go somewhere else. Unbelievable rude! Normally, you get what you pay for, but in this case, I paid a high price for horrible quality. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Everytime I go to Angel Nails the staff is very friendly a nd the service I have received has been great. Very nice place to go for a pedicure & manicure. Very clean and well kept service stations. My grand daughter likes to go with me when she comes up for a visit.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Their prices are outrageous, their service needs to improve (long wait, even after making an appt,), all they want is money. My nails look terrible! I will NEVER go back again, NEVER! It's all based on looks not their quality of services. I highly recommend anyone going somewhere else.
