My parents spent over $12,000 on hearing aids about 3 years ago. They have had alot of problems with their hearing aids. The Avada place in Appleton have not done anything to update their hearing aids or to just fix them. They now want them to spend another $14,000 to get different hearing aids! They were told, when they first purchased them, that they could get annual adjustments. Now the company will not stand behind that. This is absolutely stupid!!! People on a fixed income should not be expected to pay that amount every couple of years; just to hear!
