I had to call 4 time bagging them to return my calls because I wanted to buy a Mitsubishi from them finally they sent my bank the info that I needed when I got down there to get the car they sent the wrong info to the bank I wanted a awd and they said oh it's the same just front wheel drive so I said ok not to big of a deal so I got the car on my way home I went to link my phone to the Bluetooth, but the car didn't not have it! After they said it did so I called them back they did install the Bluetooth in the car a week later, I went back to get my car and there service guys scratched the crap out of my interior and they said they would fix it it's been over 2 months now and have not done anything!! I have paint peeling between my doors and still have not fixed it!! I had my tail lights fill with water and they would not fix that they said its normal because the tail lights are vented. Well all cars have vented tail lights durrr.... I would never buy a car from this place ever again they lie about everything!!!!!

These guys are great, I have a Jetta ... but live in fdl where it seems most shops know nothing about vw.

I was packed up and leaving town for a trip up north when my wipers stopped working. I knew I would need them for the drive and was panicked after a local shop had no clue what to do. (and to top it off it was 3:30 on a friday) I called the dealership and you guys squeezed me in right when I got up to appleton .. less than an hour later I was back on the road .. thanks so much! You really helped in a pinch!
