My experience with this store has been nothing short of abominable . Drove 2 hours to their store for my bridesmaid dress fitting...no measurements were taken... sales person had me try an alternate dress and guessed my size... and no shocker the dress is way too small....add to that the ever mounting surprise fees despite paying in full at time of order... Customer service is horrible, zero sense of store reaponsibility... please don't give them your money ...

I would highly recommend the Bridal Event. I found several dresses for my wedding that I liked but one in particular stood out. A few weeks after trying it on, the sales rep called to tell me the dress was being discontinued. I had only a few days to order it and I am so glad I did. I was also very impressed that the sales rep remembered and made the effort to call because I never felt like she was trying to sell me something in the first place. Additionally, my two best friends got their dresses from the Bridal Event and they also received great service.

Do not let yourself be swayed by the opinions of the employees of the Bridal Event. I ordered my bridal gown from the Bridal Event, measurements were taken & I was told there would be an approximate 1 inch of give (around the bust & waist), the dress came in & it was beautiful, a very beaded & embroidered A-line dress, once fitted I was told the area under my arm needed to be let out...mind you my bra size did NOT change since the initial measurements were take. The 2nd fitting..the dresser thought it was ok to touch me & push on my skin..then tellng me that well maybe I should have chosen another style...she went on to comment about how I was built...I am a size 10/12 in everday clothes & did order according to the stores suggestions. I received my dress with 2 PLAIN OFF COLOR panels (1 on each side) and the dress is very beaded & embroidered...the look of the dress in my opinion was ruined...not at all the dress I had wanted at this point...the satin ribbon that went under my bust was cut and mismatched and then not properly pressed...it was incredibly sloppy work!!! The dress on my wedding day did not flow or fit like an A line dress should have...there were pins left in the hem..which was left too long...I had to kick out of the way going down the aisle to prevent from tripping!!!. I would never recommend the Bridal Event to anyone...their work is sloppy, an extremely rude & unprofessional fitter Rose and the seamtress wrecked my dream dress!!

9 of 11 tuxes were severly incorrect. 2 had to be delivered to us day of the wedding. 5 out of 5 dresses that were altered were sloppy or never quite correct. 4 out of 7 dresses purchased had mechanical issues (zippers or clasps that failed). Customer service was hit or miss - either spectacular, or horrid. Phone call with the manager to address these issues provided NO resolution - or even empathy to the situation.



STAY AWAY! I will pass the word as far as I can. If I had it to do over, I would never have given my business to this store.

What a wonderful business, great service, more than fair pricing and professionally ran. My wife's bridesmaids commented that they loved their experience as well. Our Tuxedo's were perfect. Our family will be customers forever.

Friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable staff are experts at what they do. Huge selection- prices may be a little higher- but they will match any area stores and the service is worth this hassle!!
