I went into my appointment not knowing what kind of dress I wanted and was willing to try almost anything. My consultant Betsy was the best!! She helped me in every way u can imagine and more. She helped reassure me and let me vent and most of all she listened. When I went back for my bridesmaids (and I didn't have an appointment) she saw me gave me a hug and found time to let me try on my dress again for my girls to see. And then again she was caring and reassuring and just all around a very special person. David's bridal should feel lucky to have such an amazing young lady like her there working with brides. Such an amazing experience and I owe it to her.

I'm a soon to be bride and a very anxious person and from the moment I walked into my first appointment and leaving my last, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The consultant's and the ladies in the alterations department were nothing but helpful and so very kind! BOTH Bree's (one consultant and one from alterations) and Robyn who initially helped me pick my dress have calmed my nerves, answered all my questions, fixed any problems I had, and always were willing to go over and beyond to help make this special time even more special for me! Please ladies go here if possible for your big day, you will NOT be disappointed!

The original plan for bridesmaid dress shopping was Elaine's, right next to David's. We had a not-so-great experience there and the bride didn't find a dress she loved so we went to David's. We didn't have an appointment and even though they were quite busy, they got us in. The lady that helped us was with us the whole time. She was very helpful and friendly. We found the perfect dress to fit everyone and the price was even better than the dresses at Elaine's. I loved that they had the dresses in most sizes so that we could all try it on and see how it would really fit. I would definitely recommend this David's location to others!

I am so very impressed with the staff and atmosphere at this location. Nicole F. has been a pleasure to work with. I have a large bridal party with 9 girls standing up and each one is wearing a different dress. She worked with each girl to make sure they were able to try on every dress they wanted and worked witheach of them to find a dress to compliment their personality and style. She was also a dream to work with finding my own bridal gown. She was never pushy, explained our options with sales and promotions. I look forward to working with her as a Bridesmaids in some upcoming weddings I'm standing up in.

My experience was not pleasant at all. The consultant was constantly trying to sell to me. She was very pushy and would not stop talking about their credit card as well as the other things I should buy. I felt very rushed the whole time like she didn't have time to spend with me, even though I had made an appointment. Note to Davids: If your product is good and your customer service polite and helpful, you shouldn't need to push people, they will just come back and buy the product!

Never go to David's Bridal. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding coming up in October. The dress was sewn incorrectly when I got it. Had to drive over an hour to take it back so they could get me a new one. Had the new one shipped to me and that was the same way. Took it back again and they said they would fix it. It's now better than it was but still not right. Contacted corporate because the store manager wouldn't do anything and asked for compensation for all the time and gas I had to use trying to get a dress that wasn't falling apart. They've basically told me that I'm being too picky and the dress is fine. Horrible customer service and poor product. They're totally unwilling to stand behind their dress. I will NEVER deal with this particular store or company again!
