Honestly, wouldn't even give them one if I could rate them zero... $285 parts charge for a $175 garbage disposal, charged for two hours when the plumber was here for less than one, and he forgot to take the packing material out of the faucet, so it only ran at half flow. Complained to the owner and he said that is their policy to charge their full rate for travel etc. back to the shop (10 minutes round trip) if the plumber brings the wrong parts, and that they only charge in full hours. He also lied about the price of the disposal which I had not received ANY warranty, box etc. for. When I sent links for pricing elsewhere he changed his argument, claiming the faucet cartridge was $50 and the mark up on the disposal was only $60. SO DONE WITH THIS GUY... always a new excuse.
