My maid of honor and I came in to the Appleton location to look at bridesmaids dresses. We came in a few minutes before 7 (NOT knowing that was when you closed) we began looking at dresses and no one said anything to us. My MOH was trying on dresses when a lady came by and asked how we were doing, she did not mention that the store was now closed. This entire time a group of ladies were talking about pregnancy at the main counter. The just ignored us. Once my MOH was finished trying dresses on she met me by the bridal dresses, when FINALLY someone actually offered us assistance and rudely told us that the store closed at 7 (now 7:30) I felt terrible that no one said anything to us that the store was almost closing or was closed. I mentioned to the lady that I thought they were open until 8 and she then told me I was wrong and confused their store with Edith's- now I work retail... And we were in there browsing- we would have not even came in if we knew 1 they associates are rude 2 they were closing, I am not sure the reason why we were being ignored but I do believe when people try to help me out I will items that I may not even need because of the customer service- today this was not the case. We will take our money elsewhere. Needless to say my first wedding dress shopping experience was terrible and we will not return.
