Matt came to tow our car after the steering went out. We were leaving to move across country that day! We thought we were going to have to postpone for days. He was such a stellar employee that he figured out the problem and fixed it for us instead of towing it. Somebody needs to give this guy a raise because he went WAY above and beyond expectations!

Tonite my wife and I had received assistance from a great technician named Brandon who not only helped us change their tire but identified that the tire he took off could easily be repaired and that the spare we were using needed some repair once we safely got to where we were going and even called to check in on us 25 minutes later. Excellent service in amazing customer service late at night! keep up the great work Fox City Towing!

I had a Takata airbag in my 2001 bmw, I live over an hour from where it had to get checked. BMW agreed to tow it, choose Fox Cities and I could not have been happier with the professionalism of this towing company. Highly recommend for ANY towing needs. 5 stars!
