DO NOT SHOP at Fox Valley Birkenstock at their Appleton, WI store. They used to have an online website. They closed that business last spring 2013. Guess what? I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2013 and returned them in April. I received a credit on May 7, 2013. The credit was valid thru May 7, 2014. Guess what I called to use the credit. AND I CANNOT even use the credit thru their store. The woman was rude, and didn't even care that I would be down $90. She kept saying that the online store was different than the actual store. I don't care. You give someone a credit - you should be able to honor it. Or you should at least inform online customers that your site would be closing so you can use the credit. If this woman can't run an online store - I'm sure she sucks at actually running a real store. DON'T SHOP AT FOX VALLEY BIRKENSTOCK!!!
