Provided by YP.comNot impressed. We waited a long time for our food even though it was pretty dead there. Neither my wife's steak nor mine was good at all. They just didn't have any flavor! Mine was basically raw when it was suppose to be medium well. The mashed potatoes tasted so much like garlic neither of us could finish them. On top of it the service was only "fair". Definitely will not be going back for a long time.

Provided by YP.comI've been to my share of "up-scale" restaurants and Fratello's (atleast based on my experience) isn't trying to be all that "up-scale!" Yes, it looks nice inside and out...the waiters / waitress' have a standard uniform.... nothing to "up-scale" about it, however the view is superb! The waiter does write on the table and it allows you too as well!
The many times I've been here I've tried something different everytime and was always pleased! Rib-eye, Blue Crab Ravioli, Tenderloin with Butternut Squash Ravioli, etc... the price isn't much more than you would pay going to Outback, Texas Roadhouse, etc for let's say a Rib-eye steak... and it was just as good, if not better, with a better view!

Provided by YP.comThis place is run by same clowns who ran the local Shakeyses into the ground! They also run the local Golden Corals. They like to by the cheap and it shows!

Provided by YP.comThe food is not bad, but it's not THAT fabulous. What is a huge turn-off to me is a restaurant that tries to give the impression that it is greater than it is. The white paper table-toppers where the waiters write their names at first seems kind of cute. Later you realize that they have to do that so you can call them because they are so inattentive. We had "stuffy" waiters at both the Appleton and Oshkosh Fratello's. Instead of doing their job well, they act as though they are doing you a favor by "allowing" you to sit at one of their tables. It was just a weird vibe we got at both restaurants, and, as mentioned, a HUGE turn-off. The food is OK but pricey. The view is nice. The parking lot was relatively empty at both places we visited--that says something. I think Fratello's needs to decide if it wants to be a casual bar or an upscale restaurant. Right now it seems like it is an oxymoron-ish mix of the two. We will not be back.
