Let me start by saying they get 1 star, only because 0 was not an option.



I just want to express my extreme displeasure with Gunderson Cleaners. My wife and I have taken lots of items to Gunderson for cleaning and have had nothing but bad experiences. You have ruined two of my wife's dresses, lost an item completely, and most recently destroyed another. You continue to claim that it is a manufacturer's defect when an item is destroyed in the cleaning process despite the tag specifying "dry clean only." If the item can't handle dry cleaning, they would specify to "hand wash only." If I bring something to a DRY CLEANER to be cleaned per the manufacturer's specification, and it comes back destroyed, there is no way blame can be put on the manufacturer. The blame must fall on the company that destroys the item...Gunderson Cleaners. Congratulations to management for training the employees to not use their brains and recognize that logic. You've successfully given your company and customer service a horrible reputation, which is an incredible action given the many different choices in local dry cleaners. One would think you'd try a little harder to keep your customers happy, since good service rarely spreads by word of mouth but horrible experiences such as ours spread like wildfire. We will continue to bring our business to your competitors, and speak very poorly about your organization to everyone we know. I only hope that this email is read by a real human with a brain that can comprehend logic and not an automated email generation system, and that some eyes open to how tremendously flawed your system and customer service is. With any luck you'll either turn things around and resolve your issues, or you'll go out of business. I'll be satisfied with either of those results, but given my past experiences I don't expect anything to be done other than ignoring this email and moving forward with bad business practices while falsely claiming to be the best at what you do.



I would recommend throwing your clothes away and buying new before ever taking anything to Gunderson Cleaners and giving them another penny ever again.
