Don’t look like you’re practices are up to date with the Coronavirus scare. As I was visiting I noticed the meat guy’s grabbing the meat with there hands not washing or using gloves in between customers..
Then they put on the scale with no wax paper to at least separate different customers orders ..
Are your meat guys not aware of bacteria or even knowledge of recipes. I did ask about the hot sticks and he was unsure of the ingredients.
