Bunny ill in back room, mice & rats with respiratory illness symptoms. Dozens of colored mice and many hooded, & Dumbo rats being sold as feeders. Appleton should investigate this place & the breeders it uses!

i bought a guinea pig from there a month ago i didnt know i had to check for lice when i bought it i thought a pet store was suppose to check for that and sell healthy bug free pets

The people working in this store have more knowledge about the animals they are selling than any store in town by far!!!! The store is not filthy give me a break. Animals (that many) are dirty to some extent. All I ever see when I am in there is them cleaning tanks. I have been getting my pets and supplies there for 6 years now and have never had any problems.

I will be going to this store today, I hope it's not a dirty store! There is nothing worse than mistreatment of animals. I will give my comments later today.

My boyfriend and I recently had to give up our 8 inch Oscar because our fish tank was too small. So we went to Just Pets so we could give him a better home. I looked at the tank of Oscars and it was filthy! Every fish in the tank was diseased with white spots all over them and one fish was dead. It was a disturbing sight so we asked if our Oscar could be put in a different tank and they acted like it was a problem! I'm sorry, but I didn't want my pet in a disease-ridden tank and then have him die! I would feel terrible! Luckily, they finally put him in a clean tank and we walked around the rest of the store and it was so gross. Water on the floors, dirty animal cages, and not a helpful person to be found! We plan to check up on our Oscar every week or so because we think they might move him into the nasty tank.
