They're always late to pick up the kid.

Keep in mind disgruntled ex empoyees like Fitol can post libel and negative reviews. Kidz Kab llc. Has been serving the Fox Valley since 1997. That in itself is a 5 star. Questions? Call.

I had Called Kidz Kab for service for my cousin and they were really friendly and understanding of her needs and they jumped right in and handle everything with a passion. I will defiantly use Kidz Kab again and also Highly recommend them to anyone I talk to.

I scheduled two morning pick ups for my son to get him to school. The first day the driver was 10 minutes late. The next day, the driver was 21 minutes late. Needless to say my son was tardy for school. I called and left a message after the first day with no response. So this is my response to them...You don't deserve my business. I will look elsewhere!

Not happy with this service. They don't drop kids off when or even around the time they say and then they don't call to let the drop off point know they are running late. one of my children were left on kidz cab for 1 hour 40 min. because they forgot the child was on. And when I called about this matter they didn't answer it took days for them to get back to me and they acted like it was not a big deal (brushed under the rug) We no longer use this service and I know of others that stopped using KIDZ CAB too..Poor Business Manners

I have 100% peace of mind when my kids ride on the cab. Fares are reasonable and they match rates. Drivers are clean and neat.....and mostly female. Sorry guys..no offense!
