I've been purchasing your string cheese at Don's Quality Market in Seymour for the past few months. At first, your cheese had good flavor and taste. But lately, the cheese is very salty, which ruins the taste and quality. I'm a former cheesemaker of mozzarella, and too much salt slows down the culture activity that transforms the cheese into a good product. Please have your manufacturing people do a better job of testing the salt content before sending out product for sale. I would like to return the product that I purchased.
