Tried to call about an ad I heard on the radio. It made me listen to the same main greeting message 6 time without transferring me, until I hung up. I called back and had to listen 4 more times, finally got to main desk. I asked to speak to the dept that would carry the items advertised. The person who then answered said she had no idea what I was talking about, asked me to describe the item I'd heard advertised. I have had very bad and rude service from the store manager in the past also. Do NOT go there to shop

Don't EVER, EVER get your new tires put on there. they stripped every single lug nut on my car and tried blaming me for having old lug nuts when actually they were only a month old. I'd buy the tires and have someone else who knows what their doing put them on.
