Provided by YP.comThe nail tech was insulting me the entire time. He said "ew" to my real nails, told me to keep drying because my "hand hella sweaty", to add grossness to the insult and injuries, he burped in my face. He made me bleed twice, most of my nails are crooked and they would not fix it. I tried calling to resolve this and they told me to go write a review somewhere. Take your business elsewhere

Provided by YP.comSeemed like he was inconvenienced that I came in for a manicure. He had to stop manicure several times to text (seemed more important, I guess). Customer service was horrible....no greeting upon arrival and very little business eitiquette. To top it off, the manicure looked like a child had done it. Several nails had sharp points, polish uneven, and it was pooled by cuticles. I won't be back and encourage others to go elsewhere. Note to salon: put your electronic devices away when customers are present.

Provided by YPmobileI went in two days ago for a simple manicure. After I left I noticed the second layer of polish was sloppily put on, so you can see the difference where the first and second layer start. Thy are already chipping off. The woman who did my nails did not even greet me, much less look at me. She just pointed to a chair and began. Not very relaxing atmosphere due to the attitude of the staff. It was almost as it it were a nuisance I stopped in. I will not be back and recommend if you're reading this to book an appointment elsewhere and get quality work done. Not only all of that, but I noticed they added an extra dollar to the already overly generous 5 dollar tip I left for a 15 dollar manicure while looking at my checking account. Don't waste your time or money here.

Provided by YPmobileThis place has really gone down hill over the years. I went yesterday... Let's just say my new, full set is thick and uneven and my design is a JOKE!! Literally just a bunch of lines on my ring finger! And my toes from my pedicure yesterday too... Yup, already chipping. Never going back.

Provided by YP.comI like the pedicures there so I decided to get a set of nails. Wrong decision. They are terrible, too thick and the french manicure has nail showing so it looks awful. Actually went to another salon and paid them $24 to file down the nails better and repaint Will not go back to Nail Envy for acrylics. Poor job.

Provided by YP.comSTAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Got a "pedicure," ended up with short, bleeding nail beds, crooked cut nail ends (like really, really crooked), and polish slopped on so badly my 6 year old can LITERALLY do a much better job. Oh my God, I will NEVER EVER go back!

Provided by YP.comAWFUL!!!!! I went there with a friend to get our acrylics done and when i got them filled all of my nails were crooked! She was getting hers taken off and her guy was shaking from how hard he was trying to rip them off... without soaking them in anything... She was crying and bleeding badly then he told me i had to pick out a color for my nails and ended up waiting 45 minutes because he took another customer! My gel nails have so many screw ups, bubbles, and specks of dust its ridiculous! I went back to complain with my friend but all they did was argue. Never go there!

Provided by YP.comAWFUL!!!! I should have known when there was NO ONE in the store on a Saturday. A blind-folded monkey could have done a better job! I had more nail polish on my skin and cuticles than my nail itself! When I tried to tell him that he did a bad job he tried to argue with me. The only thing he offered was $10 off my next visit. YA RIGHT, like anyone with a sensible brain would step into that store after such an awful experience. WORST MANICURE EVER!!!

Provided by YP.comDon't spend your money here. Terribly rude staff & poor service. The staff seems to have forgotten they're not in L.A. They need to loose the attitude and treat people nicer!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have been to this salon several times and I am always happy with the service I receive. The managers are always asking how everything was and how I like the way my nails were done. They have 10 different manicure options, several pedicure options, and even some extras like a perafin wax dip. In response to the other review, "rings of fire" can happen anywhere if a nail tech is not paying attention or is not experienced. I received "rings of fire" at the first salon I went to but have never received them at Nail Envy. There are also at least 2 english speaking people there and you can understand the other people well. I have never felt "scoped out" or embarassed about comments I thought they were making. The massage chairs for the pedicures are great, and there are several TV's throughout the establishment. The decor and "ambiance" is also very professional and very relaxing. You definitely feel like you are at a salon, not just some place where people set up card tables to do your nails at. I would recommend this place to family and friends and would HIGHLY recommend using Ricky as your nail tech. He is very nice and has over 5 years of experience.

Provided by YP.comI went to this salon to get a set of pink and white nails. The first time I went there I was happy...it was down hill from there. When I went for the 2 week fill, there were purple rings at the base of my own nails. I asked the girl what they were and she just said that she could use polish to paint over them. My nails looked terrible. They didn't speak English much there and I couldn't get any answers to my questions about their services. I have since found a wonderful english speaking salon in King, WI. The technician explained to me that the purple rings are called "rings of fire" they were hitting my real nails with their drill. They were seriously damaging my nails.
It took 3 hours to soak and remove the set that they put on. True acrylic would have never taken that long. What are they using? Whatever it was would have eventually eaten away at my real nails. I paid a lot of money for those nails, and it was a waste of time and money. I will never go there again, and I'm telling all my friends. Go somewhere where you can get answers and understand the people talking to you. It's your money, and your health.
I also didn't like the fact that they would size you up and down upon your entrance and giggle to each other with little comments. VERY RUDE!!!
