I have not used it since I purchased it because it is way to wide for the door way without scrapping the frames. . Will you exchange it for one with the smaller wheels in the front. I have been having many issues with repairs for my sons wheel chair. The front casters on his chair broke several time and each time it had taken weeks to order parts . the last time that it happened it had taken almost 2 months to receive his chair back, they did give me a loaner chair but it was very Inconvenient he could not wheel himself ...no call from the company to explain why it was taking so long for the repair. Now his brake has been broken for over a month I have called them 2 times and got told his Preauthorization has not been sent in from CCCW. About a half hour later they call and tell me the part is in Marshfield. Please get together people. I only want my son to be safe while he is at ODC and rides the bus or any transportation. If I had a choice I would go to a different company to do repairs for his chair!!! Reliant Rehab would of had a 5 star rating when they did my services. Numotion has less than 1
