Be prepared to be talked to like you are a little kid who does not know a thing when talking to the Asst. Manager at this location. The Asst. Manager explained to my wife who has purchased 100 or more pair of Born Shoes, that leather that is puckered and pocked from salt is not damaged. Born makes shoes out of poor quality leather for which you pay 80 dollars a pair, huh? I was not happy with my wife being told off so I asked the Asst. Manager, "Does this shoe say Payless shoes?" She said "No" I then said "So why do you treat us like we want Payless quality when were paying 90 dollars a pair for Born shoes?" Her answer was, "I guess you can talk to me, Amy Joe, anyway you please." She then got a mean look and checked us out. She implies my wife is ignorant and then she is offended? I am not sure why she works in retail.
