We had service done on my 10 yr old daughter's bike (new rear tire, tube and brakes). We returned twice within the hour after the tune up as a result of a loud squeaking noise while riding. It was adjusted, however upon riding home my daughter had difficultly peddling and couldn't stop the bike when using the breaks! Needless to say, we safely walked our bikes back to the shop. The owner exclaimed "we topically don't work on cheap department store bikes" and "this is as good as it will get" and walked away. As a mother I was insulted that he would make such statements in front of my little girl that takes pride in her bike, despite the fact it was not a high quality brand name. I strongly suggest if you want quality and respectable service don't waste your time at Schwag.
