Listened to my concerns, he seen a different approach for me and gave me a little hope, overall I would love to keep him as my doctor!!

The turn over time from the referral being made from my Mom's Chiropractor to the 1st appt. was quick. Even with a misunderstanding in the schedule they handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The front desk ladies were welcoming and helpful. Kenzie was the 1st nurse we meant. Mom was in alot of pain and walking was slow going. She was never made to feel that was a bother. Kenzie was efficient at her job and pleasant. Dr Sohn was clear with Mom and treated her with respect. It is evident he is knowledgeable in his field and cares for his patients. He made prompt decisions to help Mom with her pain and to get answers as to what the best line of treatment should be for her.
She was scheduled for a steroid shot asap. That too was a great experience. All the nurses, again, know their information and were respectful to carefully share it with Mom so she and my Dad understood all that was happening. I do hope we don't need to see them to often, but if we do we will know we are in good hands. ;0)
