What a horrible experience! We got there for dinner, there was only a few customers (that should have been a warning), and although we only had six people in our party, it took over 30 minutes to get a table? Our 16 year-old daughter wanted a small birthday dinner with her three closest friends, but it just got worse as the evening went on. I had to ask the waitress twice if we could get some service, after another 20-30 minutes they finally brought over some menus. I asked if we could get an appetizer with water for all to start, the waitress just rolled her eyes, huffed and walked off before we could even tell her what appetizer we wanted. Another 20 minutes go by, all the while my wife and I along with the three teenagers see our waitress flirting, giggling with one of the cooks in the hallway leading to the kitchen. I got up and went to ask the hostess if we could please have another table or waiter, and she just gave a look of disgust and said she would take care of it. Another 20 minute wait all the while we are looking around, and observe the place is half empty, not understanding the excessive wait. After even my daughter is nearly in tears, asking me why we cannot get service, an answer I do not have. I decide we need to leave if we are to celebrate her birthday that day. After waiting nearly TWO hours, to get in get seated and still not even have our order taken, we leave. I was apologizing to girls, as we were walking out when the hostess came up and asked if we were ready to pay our bill? For what I asked? No service? We left and I will N-E-V-E-R go to another TGI Friday's. What a joke!
