Very Rude Hung up on me and not helpful at all .... Save yourself the trouble and dont deal with these people

Me & my husband had never traveled out of the country, so we really didnt know what to expect when we booked a trip to Riviera Maya Mexico.(Iberostar Lindo) Chanin made sure we had everything we needed for our vacation and every thing was wonderful. She helped us with passports, told us what to expect when we got to the airport in cancun, and gave us great suggestions on local activities and shopping. We look forward to traveling to more destinations outside of the US, and will use 3 Palms Travel to get us there.
