My mother got a mobility scooter from them a few years ago. The woman we dealt with on the phone was very helpful. She was also the person who delivered the scooter to Mom, and showed us how to put it together, take it apart for travel, how to operate it, etc.



The only negative thing I have to say is that after Mom had the scooter and paid her portion (insurance paid most of it), they didn't check in with her after a period of time, seeing if she had any questions or if it was operating OK.

They are really RUDE!!! My mom got a manual wheelchair from them. I'm her guardian and they left a NASTY message on my phone saying if I didn't call them immediately about some form they forgot to have filled out when they delivered the chair that they wouldn't bill her insurance and would make her and or I pay the full cost. Arrogent and condensening too!
