The weird thing is I talked to the produce manager and he said it was " ok" to bring the plant back and get my money back. it is strange as I discussed it with one manager who told me there is no way festival takes back any plants. I go in with my dead petunia basket, arrive at the counter and Kay explains that she will not give me any money back. She laughs at my wife who explains that we talked to Dave the Produce manager, "You are deluded." She tells my wife that we will take one of the other dying plants outside the store or get no money back and leave with the plant we paid $17.95 for. I ask to speak to a manager, the almost teenage manager tells me that it is an exchange only. Needless to say we took the plant home and disposed of it. DO NOT BUY PLANTS HERE!
