The customer service is what brought me to this pharmacy and is the reason I'm staying. A new medication recently prescribed to me was in a shortage, therefore I had to call around to multiple local pharmacies to find out if they had it in stock, and if not, when they anticipate availability. Out of many, many calls to various pharmacies, Walmart Pharmacy on E Calumet in Appleton was the only place where I was treated with kindness and patience. All others made me feel like I was putting them out and annoying them.

I have interacted now with several different individuals from this Walmart Pharmacy, both via phone and in person, and every single experience has been awesome - this place is definitely customer oriented. Whoever does the hiring and training of this exemplary staff should be commended - as should the staff themselves. Special kudos to rockstars Kathy and Charlie who both recently assisted me and went above and beyond in coordinating the successful processing of a prescription with my doctor's office and the insurance plan. I live clear across town from this pharmacy, but I am willing to drive there - just for their exceptional customer care.

Convenient was with this pharmacy before and had no problems with supply. 😃👍
