Jeff lives in Corralitos with his wife Karyn, and their two teenage boys. He’s an Aptos High School graduate and earned a B.A. in Film and Literature from UC Santa Cruz. As an entrepreneur, he’s owned and managed several local businesses, including a video production company in Aptos, a market / deli in Soquel Village, and a solar installation company in Santa Cruz. He's also experienced in business development, marketing, project management and creative writing. Jeff has a love for people and building relationships with his clients. Having first worked for a local private lender, he now brings his experience to Bailey Properties to assist local Monterey Bay Area clients with their personal and investment real estate endeavors.
