Have been using Signwave for many years for banners for our sports league. Excellent quality, fast delivery. Owner Kris is very professional and incredibly nice.

Owner: Kris Kirby, asks her customers to call her on her cell phone when you get her business voice message if she doesn't answer, so I did and got yelled at for doing so. She told me she was busy and I needed to hurry up with my call. Besides her being rude, unprofessional and showing no patience with her customers, she pulled the plug on taking care of my company's order at the 12th hour. These awards were supposed to be handed out at our Xmas party, she knew it and decided to simply stop the job.



I'm shocked that this company is still in business and would highly recommend any future customers thinking twice before calling her. You might get your head bit off!!
