The staff has a terrible attitude. In my case, we had rented this banquet room before and were not impressed with the staff to begin with. They are rude and clearly dont appreciate their jobs even though we were paying them double minimum wage. This facility does not uphold true Christian values and the staff is a poor reflection on Arab City. we recently looked at having them for our reception and the staff actually told us they might add a fee on to the $1300 rental because we can't be positive about the wedding date until we get word from the U.S. government. They already had a form saying 48 hours beforehand you must know for sure and this lady just tried to tack on an extra fee that the city did not approve simply because it was an inconvenience to her. I would say stay away from this place and the staff who work here because it is not worth having to endure staff with bad attitudes and compromised morality just so you can get an average banquet room.
