We sold our trash business to them in good faith because they helped us out when we needed help, we gave them a lower price and agreed to let them make monthly payments. They paid pretty good for a while, whenever I called to discuss the situation they were really rude, then they just stopped paying us at all. They still owe us quite a bit of money, we are trying to collect but not having any luck. If they won't honor their word, they are not very trustworthy. God will deal with them, and karma has a really bad bite.

I signed up for service in July and pre-paid for 3 months yet here we are in September and no one can seem to answer or return any of my calls or pick up my trash! It has almost been a week since my trash should have been picked up. If you choose to have service with them DO NOT EXPECT them to honor the deal you make. Trash is suppose to be picked up on Thursday morning's for us and I am lucky if they come on Friday or Saturday. It is a joke! Normally I can have patience with a company because I understand things happen and people run behind but the fact my trash has not been picked up in a week and NO ONE can answer the phone or return messages is just disrespectful considering I have already paid them for the services. This is extremely frustrating, based on the lack of communication from the owners of this company I will not be paying for another round of service when I receive a bill. Wanted to give the small guys a chance instead of going with a bigger company but that is proving to be a huge mistake. Sad they can not honor the agreements they make with their customers or provide basic customer service.

We had this service in Villa Rica, and when I broke my foot they actually came into my yard and got my trash can and put it back....! Now we live in Temple/Paulding and have fallen behind on our account. After speaking with the owner he was gracious enough to agree to an incredibly generous payment plan! Love love love these guys!

Very good company to deal with prompt service if they spill something on accident they pick it up not leaving trash on the ground. We will not use anyone else n great price

This "service" is as poor as was the company they purchased it from. Missed pick-ups, never a dependable pick-up time.

Do not use this business, I have had to switch companies because they kept not picking up my trash! They keep saying we will get it tomorrow and don't and it is the next week, I am paying for once a week but getting twice a month!!!

Way to expensive ! My latest bill jumped 24.00 fuel surcharge and 3.00 to send me an invoice Rip Off

Excellent service, never missed a pickup in four years. Online billing was accurate and easy. My address was 613 Hillside drive, Cedartown. Reviews without service address are fake.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I paid for three months in advance and cancelled due to information that was given to me after the fact and they call my payment NONREFUNDABLE! There are way better companies in the are that are not rude to you when you call and earn a honest living not cheating someone out of their hard earned money!
