TPi Arcade s nearly 117,000 square foot computer controlled facility houses computer controlled equipment run by its manufacturing experts. Compared with a typical sand foundry, the company produces finishes and casts to tighter and consistent tolerances. It provides a multitude of services not always available from other casting suppliers, including aluminum V-PROCESS manufacturing; computer numerically controlled machining, finishing and subassembly; and computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing systems to receive, integrate and generate numerically controlled programs for rapid, accurate patterns and component machining. TPi Arcade is ISO 9001:2000 certified private company that works in conjunction with Harmony Castings, and is headquartered in Arcade, N.Y.
