I had a similar experience as others. I left 15 voice mails on a very difficult to find phone number, which is

626-357-4900 and no less than 2 emails. I have NEVER NEVER NEVER received a response from these people. I am seriously thinking of referring them to the appropriate authority for internet fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. HORRIBLE THE WORST EVER

I placed an order for a bike on the 26th of November and thought I'd check on the status of delivery this morning (December 2nd) only to find out that my order had been canceled.

The 2 wheel web site doesn't list a phone number and isn't user friendly in letting you email them directly from their web page.

After cutting and pasting their email address from the site and writing an email requesting a response today (the 2nd) I was pleasantly surprised to get a response on the same day!

Although I still need to find a bike for Christmas, I do apprciate the quick response.

I ordered a bike from 2 Wheel Bikes. Indicated it their website that my order will be a delivered to my place for free. Shipping time was supposed to be 5 days. 7 days after no bike arrived I called UPS they could not trace my bike. They said I need to contact 2 Wheel Bikes. I emailed 6 times and left a voicemail 30 times but nobody from 2 Wheel Bikes ever contacted me to give me a feedback. I was forced to go all the way to their office just to pick up my bike. So that is the real meaning of FREE SHIPMENT...... it is free because you have to pick it up yourself.

I ordered a tandem about a month ago from 2 Wheel Bikes. I thought the price was cheap and I would save money. I received my bicycle with a damaged fork and all kind of scratches. The packaging was bad, You get what you are paying for. I am trying to contact customer sevices and they keep ignoring me. They very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business. Quality of the bicycle is not good and customer service is the worst I ever had. Instead of saving money I ended up with a bicycle I won't use and $270 less in my pocket. DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
