I went to pick up clothes that my husband had already paid for and gave the owner lady our phone number to check. She said the items weren't paid according to her merchant receipt copy and she always write "PAID" on all of her receipts. I can understand there is human error but she accused me for not paying it and yelled at me as if I was trying to cheat her over filthy $20some dollars with big time attitude. I called up my husband and he sent me a photo of his receipts to my cell, written, "PAID". She was yelling at me and I asked her to stop raising her voice at me, and she said she never raised her voice but she just has laud voice���. Apparently, she just forgot to write that on her copy. When I showed her the copy, she goes "fine", without any apology. Feeling it was so not worthy even to argue about, I told her " I did prove that I wasn't a con" as I was walking out the door... and I overheard her calling me in names. I really wonder what did I do wrong to have her call me in names. Well... the whole thing is so ridiculous....

This place has no business manner or ethic.

I really wouldn't recommend this cleaner, but if you insist on going there, make sure you get "PAID" receipt and bring the receipt when you go to pick up your items.
