There are three things i always look for when placing my health in the hands of doctors... 1. cleanliness of facility (swept, mopped, no scraps or scratches on walls/floors), 2. staff (friendly, well groomed, and enthusiastic), and 3. actual service provided (waiting time, staff/Doctor's helpfulness, and knowledge). If these 3 expectations are not met I look for another Doctor. I'm so thrilled to say this Doctor/office meets more than my expectations. I have been a patient of Dr. Jaquez for more than 7 years. Every time I see him, it is a joy to say aaaahhh :) ... get it, he's a dentist :).

I just saw Dr. Natividad in this office and it was one of the best experiences ever! i odnt normally write reviews but i had to this time to be able to share this with other people. Im scared of the dentist and i had this tooth that has been bugging me for a while... He took so much care figuring out the problem and presented to me several options and the procedures in detail. Very smart and knowledgable and professional! the staff and office were excellent as well! i will be referring all my family and friends to this place. Its hard to find a good dentist! ive had so many bad experiences with dentists that do not know what they are doing! So happy I found this office!

I was a patient of Dr. Jacquez and went back to see him for an absess tooth. Additionally, I had to see him for an emergency because I was going out of town because my Grandma is ill and I wanted him to diagnose the problem, then make an appointment to fix the problem when I returned from out of state.



He charged me $118.00 for two x-rays and would not prescribe me medication for the problem. I asked him why and he made up a story (ok - lied) and said he would get in trouble if he did. So right there, he was more concerned about HIM than my illness AND THAT STATEMENT HE MADE IS JUST NOT TRUE. I asked again and I was told that the airlines would not let me take the medication on the plane. Does that sound crazy or what?



His office is beautiful and I believe it's gorgeous because he takes advantage of his patients. Whatever happened to the ethics of doctors? Before going to the appointment, I looked at his reviews online because I had not seen him in a while (with the economy and all) and the one that was posted stated that he "just wants to make money" but I thought that was silly, so I went anyway. Lesson learned.



I told his office manager that I would not



Don't go to this dentist. He's a mercenary.

visit my dentist, getting dental treatment was stressfull for me, so I decided to become a dentist to help people

like me, since that time, I started playing dentistry with my sibblings and friends baby teeth.

Dr Jaquez and staff are wonderful!! On my first vist I was feeling very nervous but the staff made me feel welcomed & comfortable. By the time I left the office I felt as if I had been going there for many years and I've known them for a very long time. I have now referred many of my friends & relatives. They also have movies or music you can listen to or watch which was great for my husband. I give this office "TWO THUMBS UP!!"

I have been in this office several times. The initial part of the visit is always the courteous staff. Another factor is the cleanliness and organization that exists in the office and within the patient rooms. Dr. Jaquez is very knowledgable and very professional. I would recommend this dental office with 100% certainty that you will be completely satisfied. I have been to other dental offices and seen a lot of disorganized, non professional staff. What you see in the front is a reflecton of the rest.

This is the greatest dental office, Dr. is caring and friendly, very good staff.
