Foothills Middle School is an educational institution that provides academic services to more than 830 students in grades six through eight. It has a parent-teacher-student association that provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for the benefit of the school. Foothills Middle School is a part of the Arcadia Unified School District, which has a population of nearly 10,000 students in over 10 schools. The school has a staff of approximately 30 full-time certified teachers who provide classes in English, language arts, math, algebra, history, social studies and science. Located in Arcadia, Calif., Foothills Middle School maintains recycling and ecology, running, sudoku, movie and scrapbooking clubs, as well as a chorus.
