Ultimately, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They have shown themselves to be extremely greedy individuals who have no sense of morality or compassion when it comes to a persons circumstances. If they were a good business, they would have understood that it wasnt my fault I could not sleep during the study and offered me a second study at no cost, especially considering that the payment was out-of-pocket. They just want your money, regardless if theyre entitled to it or not, and they will try to intimidate you with collection agencies and calls to the district attorney in order to collect it. Please, dont make the mistake like I did and come here for a sleep study.
